This grand old listed Georgian Country house was built in 1721 and stands in magnificent countryside midway between Holy Island (Lindisfarne, 15 mins drive) and the old Market town of Berwick upon Tweed (10 mins drive). A friendly, family run Bed and Breakfast for over twenty years, we cater for all in a peaceful, tranquil setting within walking distance of a beach to rival Bamburgh; plus fossils,(20 mins walk, 2 mins by car). We are Centrally Located, close to miles of sandy beaches, castles, National park, historical and religious monuments, border towns and villages. There are golf courses (nearest 1ml), bird watching, fishing, pleasant walks, swimming pools and many other attractions close by our location. We have a wide variety of Inn’s and Restaurants within a short drive for evening meals for which we have maps and menus. |
